The engagement was announced 14 January, 2025, between (Francis) Thomas Mansell (born 1981), the eldest son of Francis Richard Seton Rundall (born 1951), of Gloucestershire, and his wife the former Lady Rosalthe Frances Ryder (born 1954), scion of the Earls of Harrowby, & Cristina Maria del Río Tordera Sánchez, daughter of Don Francisco del Río Tordera and the late Doña María Josefa Sánchez Pintado of Toledo, Spain.
Tom Mansell is a maternal grandson of the 7th Earl of Harrowby (1922-2007).
