 The engagement was announced 16 December, 2023, between Mark Gracia (born 1988), son of Christopher V,P. Gracia, of Hawkhurst, Kent, and his wife the former Janice M. Abbott, and Sarah Kathleen Seymour (born 1987), scion of the Marquesses of Hertford, daughter of Richard Hubert Seymour (born 1947), of Martyr Worthy, Hampshire, and his wife the former Amanda Claire Hardie (born 1957),
