The Countess of Arundel & Surrey (nee Cecilia Colacicchi, born 1988), wife of Henry Miles Fitzalan Howard (b 3 Dec, 1987), gave birth to a daughter, Lady Serena Elena Rose Fitzalan-Howard, 7 June, 2023, a sister for Lady Flora Mary Isabella Fitzalan Howard, who was born 10 November, 2018, and for Lady Eliza Rachel Fitzalan Howard, who was born 12 May, 2020.
The Earl of Arundel & Surrey is the eldest son and heir of the 18th Duke of Norfolk (b 1956), of Arundel Castle, Sussex, Earl Marshal and Premier Duke in the Peerage of England, by his first wife the former Georgina Gore (b 1962) (scion of the Earls Temple of Stowe), now Georgina, Duchess of Norfolk.
The Countess of Arundel & Surrey is a daughter of William M Colacicchi (b 1954), of Leicestershire, by his wife the former Clare Elizabeth Vivienne Clutterbuck (b 1958), and is descended from the Barons Somers, and is a granddaughter paternally of Count Paul Colacicchi.
