Alison Mary Hamilton-Russell (nee Heard) (died 2022)

 Alison Mary Hamilton-Russell, died 18 October, 2022. She was the wife of Lieutenant-Colonel James Hamilton-Russell, the Blues & Royals [born 11 Sept, 1938], of Dudmaston Hall, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, scion of the Viscounts Boyne, sometime Silver Stick-in-Waiting to Queen Elizabeth II, &c.

She was the former Alison Mary Heard, daughter of Lieutenant-Col. Sydney Heard, MBE, & married 30 Oct, 1965, James Gustavus Hamilton-Russell, son of Maj the Hon John Hamilton-Russell [1911-43], and his wife the Lady Diana Legge [1910-70], daughter of the 7th Earl of Dartmouth [1881-1958]. 

Her husband was a grandson paternally of the 9th Viscount Boyne [1864-1942], and his wife Lady Margaret Selina Lascelles [1883-1978], daughter of the 5th Earl of Harewood [1846-1929].

She leaves twin sons, Capt Mark Hamilton-Russell [born 17 May, 1969], of the Blues & Royals, and Capt Edward Hamilton-Russell, the Life Guards, and a daughter, Julia Mary [born 14 Sept, 1967].
