Horgan [born 1996], son of Mr Mark Horgan, of Pinkneys Green, Berkshire, and his wife the former Lesley Allan, and Louise Catherine Frances Stopford [born 14 December, 1994], scion of the Earls of Courtown, daughter of Robert Edward James Stopford [born 11 March, 1958], of Dorney, Buckinghamshire, and his wife the former Anne-Louise Patrick.
