The Hon Serena Frances Fairfax, who died 17 December, 2021, aged 69, was a scion of the Lords Fairfax of Cameron.
She was born 12 December, 1952, the eldest child and only daughter of the 13th Lord Fairfax of Cameron [1923-64], and his wife the former Sonia Helen Gunston [1927-2017], a grandaughter of the 2nd Marquess of Dufferin & Ava.
Her mother was a Lady of the Bedchamber [that is a Lady in Waiting] to HM Queen Elizabeth II.
She married 17 July, 1976 [div 1988], William Robert Geoffrey Bell [born 1950], descended from the Barons Wenlock, son of William Archibald Ottley Juxon Bell [1919-2005], and his wife the former Belinda Mary Dawson [1921-2001], by whom she had issue, a son, [William] Thomas [born 1986], and two daughters, Francesca [born 1982], and Martha [born 1984].
