The engagement was announced 9 September, 2021, between George Erroll Owen Prior-Palmer [born 1988], scion of that landed gentry family, son of Simon Erroll Prior-Palmer [born 5 February, 1951], of Appleshaw, Hampshire, and his wife the former Lady Julia Margaret Violet Lloyd George [born 19 May, 1958], scion of the Earls Lloyd George of Dwyfor, and Elizabeth Rose Tyler [born 1988], daughter of Richard M. Tyler, of Aylsham, Norfolk, and his wife the former Griselda Jane More [born 22 June, 1951].
George Prior-Palmer is a grandson maternally of the late 3rd Earl Lloyd George of Dwyfor [1924-2010].
