Mark Cecil Christopher Armitage, who died 5 March, 2021, aged 83, was descended maternally from the Cayley baronets; born 24 June, 1937, the son of Commander Arthur Frank Armitage, RN [1895-1977], and his wife the former Alexandra Margery Eileen Cayley [1901-95]; married 1974, Karen Cunningham, by whom he had issue, four sons, William, Ed, Mark and Dominic.
