_. Jeremy James Wagg, who died 26 February, 2021, the day before his 83rd birthday, was a descendant of the Horlick baronets.
He was born 27 February, 1938, the second son of Lieutenant-Colonel Kenneth Arthur Wagg [1909-2000], and his wife the former Rachel Katherine Horlick [1913-1969], daughter of Colonel Sir James Horlick, 4th Baronet [1886-1953].
Burke's Peerage states that Jeremy's middle name was John, not James.
He married firstly, 25 April, 1964 [div 1969], the Hon Susan Geraldine Verney [1942-2009], daughter of the 20th Baron Willoughby de Broke [1896-1986], and his wife the former Rachel Wrey [died 1991], scion of the Wrey baronets. He married secondly, 9 July, 1969, Caroline Denise Berry [born 3 March, 1948], a granddaughter of the newspaper proprietor, the 1st Viscount Camrose [1879-1954], being daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel the Hon Julian Berry [1920-88], and his wife the former Janet Frances Denise Rowan-Thompson [who died 13 June, 2010]. From his second marriage he leaves issue, a son, Julian [born 14 March, 1972], and a daughter, Katharine [born 1974].
