_. Mark Donald Carlyon William Brodie, who died in Napier, New Zealand, 10 May, 2020, aged 92, was a scion of the Brodie baronets, and descended from the Earls Waldegrave.
He was born 1 January, 1928, son of Malcolm William O'Callaghan Brodie [1887-1966], by his wife the former Phyllis Gwavas Carlyon [died 1940]; married 23 July 1955, Patricia Isobel Whitehead [died 1995].
Mark Brodie was descended from the 8th Earl Waldegrave [1788-1859].
