-. The Baron Mackay of Drumadoon, PC, QC, who died 21 August, 2018, aged 72, was a life peer, British judge of the Supreme Courts of Scotland, and a Law Advocate.
Born 30 January, 1946, son of the Rev Donald Mackay (1914-91), by his wife the former Jean McCaskie (1917-94); married 1979, Lesley Anne Waugh, by whom he had issue, a son, Simon, and two daughters, Caroline and Diana.
Funeral at Greenbank Parish Church, Edinburgh, 30 August, 2018.
