Aerielle Frost Frazer Eweson (nee Frazer), died at Newport, Rhode Island, United States, 7 February, 2006, aged 88.
She was born in Ohio, United States, 23 August, 1917, daughter of Joseph Washington Frazer, of Newport, Rhode Island, and married 1stly, 15 July, 1939, Pilot Officer the Hon Michael Strutt (1914-1942), second son of the 3rd Baron Belper (1883-1956), and his first wife the Hon Eva Isabel Marion Bruce (1892-1987) (who was later Eva, Countess of Rosebery, wife of the 6th Ear of Rosebery).
Her first husband, the Hon Michael Bruce was killed with HRH The Duke of Kent in a flying accident on active service, 25 Aug, 1942.
Aerielle married 2ndly, 1947 (div 1967), Eric Eweson. She had a son from her first marriage, Joseph Raymond Michael Strutt (born 20 March, 1941, who was killed in a mountaineering accident, 8 August, 1973. Her son from her second marriage, Eric Anthony Frazer Eweson, born 25 February, 1948, died as the result of a motor accident at Salmo, British Columbia, Canada, 1 August, 1974.
