The engagement was announced 11 March, 2026, between Dr Adair George Wilmot Williams (born 1983), son of Raymond A.E.W. Williams (born 1949), of Herrington, Dorset, and his wife the former Pollyann S. Ruther, & Bryony Sheila A. Daniels (born 1982), eldest daughter of Major David J.M. Daniels, of Pentlow, Essex, and his wife the former Pauline A. Creasey.
Bryony Daniels is a friend of the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Dr Adair Williams descends paternally from the Viscounts Guillamore, the Earls of Uxbridge, the Barons Addington, and the Archdale landed gentry family, &c.
Dr Williams is a nephew of the Duchess of Sutherland (nee Victoria Williams).
