John Douglas Young Hickman died 13 January, 2026, in New Brunswick, Canada, aged 100.
He was born 10 May, 1925, son of John Douglas Hickman, of Rothesay, New Brunswick, Canada, and married 14 June, 1956, Juliet Dorothy Chassereau Williams (born 26 February, 1933), daughter of Sir Philip Francis Cunningham Williams, 2nd Baronet (1884-1958), and his wife the former Margaret Peek (1885-1948), daughter of Sir Cuthbert Peek, 2nd Baronet (1855-1901), by whom he had issue, three sons, Philip (b 25 Nov, 1956), Stephen (b 29 Aug 1958), and Charles (born 17 July, 1960).
