The engagement was announced 1 February, 2025, between Thomas Robert Hamilton Wills (born 1991), scion of the Barons Dulverton, elder son of Christopher Aubrey Hamilton Wills (born 21 February, 1953), of Litchfield Down, Hampshire, and his wife the former Lady Katharine Anne Meade (born 10 Aug, 1959), & Emma A. Webb, daughter of Mr Michael Webb, of Boxford, Berkshire, and Mrs Bridget Roupell, of Kintbury, Berkshire.
Thomas Wills is a grandson maternally of the late 6th Earl of Clanwilliam (1914-1989).
