The life peerage recently conferred upon Sir Brendan Barber has been gazetted in the name, style and title of Baron Barber of Ainsdale.
Lord Barber of Ainsdale is a former General Secretary of the Trades Union Congress and former chair of the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service.
