Oilbhe Chichester, styled Countess of Belfast, wife of James Arthur Chichester, styled Earl of Belfast (born 19 Nov, 1990), gave birth to a second son, Sebastian Claud Spencer, 7 June, 2024, a brother for Arthur Humphrey John, styled Viscount Chichester, who was born 16 May, 2022.
The Countess of Belfast is the former Oilbhe Cahill Reid, daughter of the late Mr Charles Reid and Dr Mairead Cahill and step daughter of Mr James Watson, ,of Roscommon.
The Earl of Belfast is the son and heir of the 8th Marquess of Donegall (b 9 May 1952), of Roxburghshire, by his wife the former Caroline Mary Philipson [born 1959], descended from the Macdonald-Buchanan family.
