The engagement was announced 26 July, 2024, between Jack P. Mitchell, son of Mr and Mrs John Mitchell, of Lincolnshire, & Amber Belinda Morrison (born 1993), scion of the Barons Margadale, daughter of the Hon Hugh (Hughie) Morrison (born 7 November, 1960), and his first wife the former Cecilia Jane Jenks (now Mrs Paul Hearn).
Amber Morrison is a granddaughter paternally of the 2nd Baron Margadale (1930-2003), and niece of the 3rd Baron (born 4 Apr, 1958).
