Michael William Philip Cripps 1930-2023

 Michael William Philip Cripps, who died at Guernsey, 1st December, 2023, was a grandson of the 2nd Baron Vestey (1882-1954).

He was born at Kensington, October, 1930, son of Maj. Philip Wilfred Cripps (1902-1965), and his first wife the Hon Kathleen Sarah Vestey (1909-1985), daughter of the 2nd Baron Vestey 1882-1954), and his wife the former Frances Sarah Howarth (died 16 January, 1969).

He married at Westminster in July, 1952, Belinda B.J. Ferguson, by whom he had issue, Sophie S Cripps (born Northampton, July 1954), Giles W M Cripps (born Surrey, Oct 1956), Matthew F P Cripps (born Surrey, Jan 1958), Adrian A. Cripps (born Surrey, Jan 1961), Louisa J Cripps (born Surrey, Jan 1964).
