The engagement was announced 4 November, 2023, between George Hugh James Hoyland (born 8 April, 1991), the younger son of Philip John Hoyland (born Nov 1958), of Hawnby, North Yorkshire, and his wife the former Hon Henrietta Mary Vivian (born 4 April, 1963), scion of the Barons Vivian, & Kitty L. Graham, daughter of Mr & Mrs Richard Graham, of Gloucester.
George Hoyland is a grandson maternally of the 6th Baron Vivian (1935-2004), and of the Countess of Mexborough.
