Jean Esmé Seagrim (nee Sinclair), who died 14 November, 2022, aged 93, was of the family of Sinclair, now Viscounts Thurso.
She was born 8 April, 1929, elder daughter of General Sir John Alexander Sinclair, KCMG, CB, OBE (1897-1977), and his wife the former Esmé Beatrice Sopwith (1906-1983); & married 6 May, 1961, Christopher Bruce Seagrim (1930-2017), scion of that landed gentry family, son of Capt Cyril Bruce Seagrim (1898-1956), and his wife the former Dotie Burney (1902-76), by whom she had issue, a son, John (born 22 Feb, 1965), and a daughter, Victoria Esmé (born 18 Jun 1962).
