The engagement was announced 19 November, 2022, between William Alexander Cave (born 7 May, 1992), second son of the late Sir John Charles Cave, 5th Baronet (1958-2018), and his wife, Lady Cave, of Sidbury Devon (nee Carey Diana Lloyd), & Alice Harriet Chitty (born 10 January, 1991), daughter of Lieutenant -Colonel Richard O.M. Chitty (born 1962), of Bodenham, Wiltshire, and his wife the former Caroline H. Marsh.
