Roderick John [Roddy] Ropner, who died 4 September, 2022, aged 60, was a scion of the baronets of that name.
He was born 24 February, 1962, the second son of [William Guy] David Ropner [1924-2015], and his wife the former [Mildred] Malise Hare Armitage [who married 2ndly, in 1987, Sir Nigel Forbes Adam, 5th Baronet]. He married in 2005, Kumiko, daughter of Shizuharu Hirakawa of Kyoto, Japan. No issue.
The funeral takes place in Japan this week followed by a memorial service in Yorkshire later.
