Howard, son of Mr Timothy Howard and Mrs Simon McClean, and the Hon Malaika Anne Byng [born 13 April, 1982], third daughter of the 11th Viscount Torrington [born 13 July, 1943], and Viscountess Torrington [nee Susan Honour Webster [born c 1949], descended from the Marquesses of Conyngham.
