The engagement was announced 17 September, 2022, between Thomas Richard Gyde Heaven [born 1983], eldest son of Nicholas R.G. Heaven, of Bude, Cornwall, and his wife the former Elizabeth R. Clancy [born 1958], and Alice Charlotte Rose Macmillan [born 1987], scion of the Earls of Stockton, younger daughter of the Hon Adam Julian Robert Macmillan [1948-2016], and his wife the former Sarah Anne Mhuire MacGreevy.
