The engagement was announced 6 August, 2022, between Charles Thomas Courtenay Warner [born 30 September, 1989], son and heir of Sir Philip Courtneay Thomas Warner, 4th Baronet [born 3 April, 1951], of Compton Bassett, Wiltshire, and his wife the former Penelope Anne Elmer, and Kimberley I. Milne, daughter of Mr & Mrs Andrew Milne, of Cleughearn, Lanarkshire.
