The engagement was announced 19 July, 2022, between Philip Graham Lee, son of Geoffrey Lee, of Wallingford, and Mrs Jacqueline Stamper, of Blewbury, and Thea Anne Bourke-Borrowes [born 7 Aug, 1986], descended from the Earls of Mayo, daughter of Kildare Hubert Bourke-Borrowes [born 20 Sept, 1942], of North Aston, co Oxford, and his wife the former Sarah Louise McCready.
