James Andrew John Straker, scion of that landed gentry family, of Stagshaw, died at Hexham, Northumberland, 7 July, 2022. He was 62.
He was born 31 July, 1959, son of Clive Balgray Straker [1926-80], and his wife the former Pamela Juliet Baker-Cresswell [1931-2019]; and married in 1988, Rodrica Consuela Chichester-Constable, DL [born 31 March, 1963], scion of that landed family, daughter of John Raleigh Chichester-Constable [1927-2011], of Burton Constable Hall, East Yorkshire, and his wife the former Laurel Gay Sawbridge [1935-89]; by whom he had two sons, John and Crispin, and two daughters, Isabel and Beatrice.
