Michael Alastair Rumbold, who died 6 April, 2022, aged 78, was a scion of the Rumbold baronets.
He was born 6 July, 1943, son of Lieutenant-Colonel Alastair Gordon Rumbold [1914-1992], and his wife the former Tania Borzakovsky; amd married in 1976, Katharine Mary Cagney, daughter of Donal John Cagney, of Broadstairs, Kent, by whom he had issue, a son, Angus Michael [born 1982], and two daughters, Victoria [born 1977], and Lucinda [born 1979].
