The engagement has been announced between the Hon John Michael Oliver Eden (born 30 June, 1988), eldest son and heir of the 8th Baron Henley (born 22 Nov, 1953), and his wife the former Caroline Patricia Sharp (born 1958), and Helen Shepheard-Walwyn (born 1990), daughter of Simon Shepheard-Walwyn (born 1958), and his wife the former Christine Walker.
