The Rev Richard Francis McLaren, who died 28 January, 2022, aged 75, was a scion of the Barons Aberconway. He was born 9 November, 1946, the eldest son of Major Martin John McLaren [1914-1979], and his wife the former Nancy Ralston [1921-2020]; and married in 2008, as her second husband, Mrs Diana Catherine Lazenby [born 1953], daughter of Ronald Charles Howell, OBE [1923-1993], and his wife the former Florence Goodyear.
The funeral takes place at St Swithun’s Combe, Inkpen, Berkshire, 8 March, 2022.
