The engagement was announced 16 February, 2022, between James Graham Hoblyn [born 1990], descended from the Carew family [later baronets], second son of Patrick Mark Hoblyn [born 1960], of Bentley, Hampshire, and his wife the former Caroline Dawes, & Emily Celia Romain [born 1993], daughter of Paul H. Romain, of South Croydon, and Mrs Deborah L. Romain-Price [nee Spencer], of Purley, Surrey.
