Ruth Mary Butler-Stoney, who died 7 July, 2021, aged 88, was the widow of Charles Butler-Stoney [1925-91], descended from the Viscounts De Vesci.
She was the former Ruth Mary King, born in 1932, daughter of Arthur Gregory King and his wife the former Dorothy Greenman, and married 25 Apr, 1964, Charles Butler-Stoney [born 10 Dec, 1925], son of Maj Richard Brooke Butler-Stoney [1887-1974], and his wife the former Isabel Beatrice Fitzherbert [1887-1976].
By her husband, who died 26 May, 1991, she leaves a son, Peter and a daughter, Elizabeth.
