Rev Pat Allerton marries Kirsty Turnbull

_.The marriage has taken place in July, 2021, at Longparish, Hampshire, between the Rev Patrick Nicholas Orde Allerton [born 1979], Vicar of St Peter's, Notting Hill, London, son of Jeremy W. Orde Allerton [born 1944], of Dorchester, Dorset, and Mrs Lindy Ball [nee Martineau], of Salisbury, Wiltshire, and Kirsty Turnbull, daughter of Mr & Mrs David Turnbull, of Yateley, Hampshire.

Rev Pat Allerton's mother is a scion of the Marineau landed gentry family, of Clapton Court, and is a distant kinsman of HRH The Duchess of Cambridge. Both he and the future Queen are six generations in descent from David Martineau and his wife the former Sarah Meadows.

Old Etonian Allerton, described as London's 'hot priest' spent much of 2020 trying to lift the spirits of Londoners in his parish by offering a mobile church service in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Rev Pat Allerton, now known as the "Portable Priest" has been visiting streets in Notting Hill to deliver prayer and hymns through loudspeakers.
