_.Charlotte Petherick, who died 18 May, 2021, aged 96, was the former Countess Charlotte Raben-Levetzau.
She was born in 1925, younger daughter of Count Siegfried Victor Raben-Levetzau [1891-1965], of Denmark, and his wife Pauline, Grafin von Pappenheim [1891-1974]; married 7 April, 1951, Capt Christopher Petherick [1922-2009], late the Life Guards, scion of that landed gentry family, second son of George Gerald Petherick [1887-1946], and his wife the former Lady Jeane Pleydell-Bouverie [1892-1976], scion of the Earls of Radnor, by whom she had issue, two sons, Martin and Thomas, and two daughters, Catherine and Harriet.
