_. The Hon Alastair Keith, who died 26 February, 2021, in New York, aged 73, was a scion of the Earls of Kintore, and the son of the life peer, the Baron Keith of Castleacre.
Alastair James Keith was born in 1947, son of Kenneth Alexander Keith, Baron Keith of Castleacre [1916-2004], and his wife Lady Ariel Olivia Winifred Baird [1916-2003], daughter of the 1st Viscount Stonehaven [1874-1941], and his wife Ethel Sydney Keith-Falconer, suo jure Countess of Kintore [1874-1974].
He married in 1983, Jane Will Teagle, daughter of Walter C. Teagle, Jr, by whom he had issue, a son Alexander, and a daughter, Serena.
