_. Edward John Winnington-Ingram, who died 17 March, 2021, aged 94, was a scion of the Winnington baronets.
He was born 20 April, 1926, son of the Rev. Edward Francis Winnington-Ingram [1883-1963], and his wife the former Gladys Winifred Armstrong [1903-1995].
Sub-Lieutenant, RNVR. He married firstly, 12 Sept, 1953, Shirley Yvonne Lamotte, daughter of Gerald Lamotte; married 2ndly, 21 June, 1973, Mrs Elizabeth Linda Few-Brown [nee Milling], former wife of Peter Few-Brown, and daughter of Geoffrey Milling.
From his first marriage he leaves two sons, Edward [born 1957], and Gerald [born 1960].
His step-daughter, the former Rebecca Few-Brown is now Rebecca, Marchioness of Blandford, and was the first wife of the 12th Duke of Marlborough.
