_. Laura Alexandra Rios-Perez [née Mildmay-White, born 1988], wife of Daniel Rios-Perez [born 1988], and cion of the St John Mildmay baronets, gave birth to a son, Felix Francis, 27 November, 2020.
Daniel is a son of Francisco Rios-Lopez, and Mrs Margarita Perez-Freijo, of Isleworth, London, and Laura is a daughter of Richard Francis Bingham Mildmay-White [born 1949], of Rougham, Suffolk, and his wife the former Sara J. Cleland [born 1952].
If the family adhere to the Spanish system of names, then the baby is Cecilia Rios-Mildmay.
