Wordie [born 1959], of Shrawardine, Shropshire, by his wife the former Cordula I.U. Maertens, & Matilda Rose [Tilly] Wheating [born 1990], a fashion editor of Harper's Bazaar UK, younger daughter of Geoffrey Stuart Wheating [born 1960], of Horningsham, Wiltshire, by his late wife the former Kim Marie Thornton [1961-2007], descended from the Viscounts Esher.
2nd Viscount Esher ->Hon Maurice Brett-->Angela Brett-->Brian Thornton-->Kim Marie Thornton-->Tilly Wheating.
Tom Wordie is a grandson of Sir John Wordie, CBE, who died in 1997.
