[Tom] Sheldrick, elder son of Mr & Mrs David Sheldrick, of Sidmouth, Devon, and Jessica Karen Abel Smith [born 1977], member of that landed gentry family, daughter of Michael James Abel Smith [born 12 July, 1939, a grandson maternally of the 10th Earl of Southesk], of Daylesford, co Gloucester, by his wife the former Karen Moireach Aileen Malcolmson [born 1943], a member of that landed gentry family.
Jessica Abel Smith is a distant cousin of HM The Queen, who has Smith ancestry via the late Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother.
