_. Alexandra Heard [born 1983, nee Romanoff], wife of Edward George W. Heard [born 1983], and descended from the Royal House of Russia, gave birth to a daughter, Xenia Phoebe Grace Romanoff, at Cambridge, 23 April, 2020. The child is a great-great-great granddaughter of Tsar Alexander III.
Edward Heard is a son of Mr William Heard, by his wife the former Laura Carter, and Alexandra is a daughter of the late Prince Rostilav Rostilavavitch Romanoff [1938-1999], by his second wife, Christia Ipsen [born 1949] [now Baroness Ampthill], and is a great-great granddaughter of Tsar Alexander III.
Alexandra's father, Prince Rostilav was a son of Prince Rostilav Alexandrovich [1902-78], a grandson of Grand Duchess Xenia Alexandrovna of Russia [1875-1960], and a great-grandson of Alexander III [1845-94].
