_. Sophie Lilly Sophie McCormick, the artist, died 7 March, 2020, aged 63.
She was born in Dublin, 27 October, 1956, daughter of John Ormsby McCormick and Francine Paris, who claimed to be a relation of Count Potemkin, the lover of the Russian Empress Catherine the Great.
Sophie was a former partner of the 5th Marquis of Normanby [born 24 February, 1954], by whom she had a daughter, Pandora Aoiffe Lazuli McCormick, who was born 12 December, 1984.
