Thomas Acland is a son of Nicholas Anthony Bevil Acland [born 1960], of Alderley, Gloucestershire, by his wife the former Sophia Caroline Annabel Yorke [born 1961], scion of that landed family.
Edwina is a daughter of John Kenrick Hayward, of Upper Siddington, Gloucestershire, by his wife the former Georgina Mary Hamilton-Russell [born 1955], scion of the Viscounts Boyne.
