Ursula Pamela Joyce Lewis [nee Ball], who died 9 May, 2019, was a scion of the Ball baronets, born in 1930, daughter of Ivan Hellicar Ball [1894-1963], by his wife the former Dorothy Gill [died 1992]; married 31 March, 1959, Herbert John Lewis, by whom she had issue, a son, Peter, and two daughters, Joanna and Sarah.
Mrs Lewis was a granddaughter of Sir Charles Ball, 1st Baronet [1851-1916].
