_. Robert Sebag-Montefiore, scion of that landed gentry family, died at Engeriedspital Bern, Switzerland, 25 March, 2020, aged 85.
He was born 16 June, 1934, son of Arthur Sebag-Montefiore [1912-1935], by his wife the former Jacqueline Esther Nathan [afterwards Mrs Geoffrey Myddleton].
He had a sister, Janine, born posthumously in November, 1935, their father having died, aged 23, on 28 Apr, 1935.
