The engagement was announced 15 February, 2020, between Frederick Amery Kynaston Hall [born 1989], descended from the Studd baronets, son of Christopher John Hall [born 1957], of Rockbourne, Hampshire, by his wife the former Jane Anastasia Studd [born 1961], and Alexandra M Dudley, daughter of Michael Dudley, of Burnham Deepdale, Norfolk, and Mrs Carmen Dudley, of Lynchmere, west Sussex.
Frederick Hall is a grandson paternally of the late director Sir Peter Hall, KBE [1930-2017] by his 1st wife the actress Leslie Caron [born 1931], and a grandson maternally of Capt Sir Robert Studd, 3rd Baronet [1926-77].
