Lady Charles Montagu Douglas Scott [nee (Frances) Flora Jane Summerfield, born 1986], wife of Lord Charles David Peter [Charlie] Montagu Douglas Scott [born 1987], scion of the Dukes of Buccleuch and Queensberry, gave birth to a second son, Wilfred Richard, in 2019, a brother for Rufus Peter Francis, born in 2017.
Lord Charlie Montagu Douglas Scott is the second son of the 10th Duke of Buccleuch, KT [born 14 February, 1954], and his wife the former Lady Elizabeth Marian Frances Kerr [born 8 June, 1954], scion of the Marquesses of Lothian.
