_. Sir Philip Haworth, 3rd Baronet died 3 September, 2019, aged 92.
He was born 17 January, 1927, son of Sir [Arthur] Geoffrey Haworth, 2nd Baronet, by his wife the former Emily Dorothea Gaddum, and succeeded to the baronetcy [created in 1911] upon the death of his father, 1987.
He married in 1951, Joan Helen Clark [died 2017], daughter of Stanley Percival Clark [1889-1954], of Ipswich, by his wife the former Ida Ethel Poole [1893-1986], by whom he had issue, four sons and one daughter.
The baronetcy now passes to his eldest son, Christopher, who was born 6 November, 1951.
A Memorial Service will be held at St Oswald’s Church, Lower Peover, near Knutsford, on 26 October, 2019.
