_. John Philip Trower, who died 9 January, 2019, at Cheltenham, aged 95, was a scion of that landed gentry family.
He was born in 1923, son of Sir William Gosselin Trower (1889-1963), by his wife Joan Olivia Tomlin (1894-1986), daughter of the law lord Baron Tomlin, PC (1867-1935)
The funeral takes place 24 January, 2019, in the chapel of Nazareth House, Charlton Kings, Cheltenham.
