Isabel Beth Hallinan (born 2017)

_. The Hon Elizabeth Laura Hallinan (nee Waldegrave) (born 1983), scion of the Earls Waldegrave, and wife of Philip Hallinan, gave birth to a daughter, Isabel Beth, 14 November, 2017.

Phil Hallinan is the son of Mr Rex Hallinan and Mrs Barbara Hallinan, of Queensland, Australia, & the Hon Elizabeth Hallinan is the second daughter of the Rt Hon Baron Waldegrave of North Hill (b 1946), life peer and former Conservative Government minister as William Waldegrave, of Chewton Mendip, Somerset,  by his wife the former (Linda Margaret) Caroline Burrows.
